Wild Orchid Crafts Challenge – Love Is ……….

 

We have a lovely theme for you this fortnight on Wild Orchid Crafts Challenge  LOVE IS…. , we would like to see your cards or creations celebrating Love!!!

I decided to make a little Box card, I have made this a couple of times  before as an Easel card (with Rosie Posy and Marigold Flower Fairy) so I have made this one a side opening card.  The Little Box has 4 drawers, I originally got the idea for this box from Kirsten, but have adapted it a bit, I needed the drawers to be a little larger so as I could get more Sweeties in. 

 

As you can see I took the pictures at different times of the day, this one taken in daylight is much closer to the real colours.  The Papers are from a Tilda Pad by Panduro and the lovely border is a Die-namics die both from Tracy at Dies to Die For.     The two hearts were cut from Magnolia Paper with Sizzix Heart Dies and the Swirl is Doo Hickey Swirl Die from Crafts U Love.  The Gorgeous image is of course from Lili of the Valley as is the Sentiment the image is called “Together Forever” and has been coloured with copics.

 

Here is the card open, I have used the same papers to decorate the inside of the card .

 

The beautiful flowers and stunning  Lace are from Wild Orchid Crafts as are the Self Adhesive Flat Back Pearls.

 

I decorated the inside of the Drawers with the same BP and stamped with a Stempleglede Heart Stamp, the handles on the drawers are by Tim Holtzs.
