We have a lovely sketch for you this week on Just Magnolia Challenge designed by our very own talented Mina, also a fabulous prize donated by The Hobby House.

The lovely and very talented Dawny P has joined us as a permanent member of the DT, welcome Dawny looking forward to working with you dear.

Do you think Tilda is holding this Mistletoe in the hopes she might be able to snatch a kiss from Edwin!!!!

Another Christmas Magnolia from Crafts U Love today, she has been coloured with Distress Inks (what else), the papers and NOEL stamp are also by Magnolia. I have added a few drops of Liquid Pearls to the buttons on her show and the mistletoe berries, and edge the NOEL with Stardust Stickles.

The lovely silver lace is from Bunny Zoes Crafts, and I have used the Martha Stewart Icicle Border Punch.

It time for the Wags'n Whiskers 2nd Challenge. We would like to see stitching, either real or faux, on your creations this week.

The lovely Wags'n Whiskers "Donna and Zoes Snowfun" stamp designed by Crissy Armstrong, has been coloured with Copics with flowersoft on her hat and Glamour Dust on the snowman, I added Twinklets to the snow on the ground love the effect this gives. The fabulous papers, large snowflake and red glittered flowers are all Little Yellow Bicycle Papers which I ordered from Craft Obsession on Wednesday and received today, fantastic service. These papers are just delicious.

2 more for Christmas

Cute Card Thursday

Challenge 85 - Primary Colours!

This week we want to see your cards/projects with a colour combination of Red, Blue & Yellow....the Primary Colours. Obviously you can use correct colours for hair and skin, and other colours in your image, but we want to see predominantly primary colours.

Another stamp from the new Penny Black Range at the Glitterpot today, she has been coloured with Copics and Prismas, as with my PB Challenge card I have gone for bright colours on this one, so different from my usual colouring but I think it fits the theme of Primary Colours. The Papers are by Bo Bunny. Not to much glitter on this one, the white poinsettias have been distressed around the edge with distress inks and then sprayed with Pearl Glimmer Mist, I have added a tiny bit of sparkle to the pine branch and the edges of the dress.

Now on to this weeks DT card for A Spoonfull of Sugar Challenge

Our Challenge this week was picked by our very own Michelle and she asked us to
"Create a Scene"
Our wonderful sponsor this week is Summer From Belles n Whistles.
Summer has kindly donated a fabulous prize which is one of the new Elisabeth Bell stamps called Rockin Around.

This card hasn't photographed very well, the flowersoft on the trees looks a bit messy, it is nothing like that in real life, I think it must be a reaction to the flash. I have used one of the new release snowmen from Magnolia, and also last years Magnolia Fir Trees stamps, I have cut the smallest tree off and 3d it in from of the remaining 2. Lots of Sparkle and flowersoft on this card. The fabby papers are from Magnolia the snowflakes were punched with Martha Stewart Snowflake Punch then glittered with Glamour mist. Snowy has been coloured with Copics.

Roses for you and a Pleas for a Good Cause

Sketch Saturday Challenge

There is a fabulous sketch from Debbie this week and a great prize from Crafts 4 Fun to be won on Sketch Saturday Challenge. There are some fabulous cards from the DT and also a wonderful creation from Bev who is this weeks GDT.

I am afraid there will be an overload of Sparkle on my cards from now on, after watching the fantastic Magnolia Demos by our dear Kim on Saturday, I cam straight home and order 6 bottles of Stardust Stickles (over the top I know, but then I am an over the top girl).

Another of the new release Magnolias, I love the way a lot these new Christmas Stamps can be used all through the year you can convince yourself that it was money well spent, lol. I have used Distress Inks again on this beautiful Tilda and added stickles to her headdress and Perfect Pearls for the dots on the bouquet. Distressed all the edges of the Magnolia Papers and the Image. Also added Stardust Stickles to the fabulous large red rose from Tabby Craft, I also bought the Red Tulle from Tab.

Please Help!!!!

I recently found out from Ilas Blog that Sarah Anderson's little 3 year old son Henry passed away from a virus he fell ill with last week.

Lorie Ames has organized a way to donate for a memorial for Henry. Henry loved his local zoo and visited it almost every day in the summer. As a memorial, trees will be planted there in his honor.

Melissa at Pink Cat Studio has created a digital stamp to help raise funds for a tree for Henry. All proceeds from the sale of the digi stamp, minus Paypal costs, will go towards the tree.

If you would like to donate towards the tree, please visit this webpage to purchase the digi stamp: Pink Cat Studios

If you don’t know Sarah and would like to learn more about her, please visit her blog: Scrapinmama

Angel Tilda & NEC Update

Happy Sunday everyone. Well what a fantastic day I had yesterday at the NEC, I didn't spend much money and the money I did spend did me no good as somehow I lost the Bag containing my Mini Magnolias and Nesties, can you believe it!!!!! But this disaster was made up for by meeting so many lovely crafters who I feel as if I have known forever. There were too many to mention individually, and I would be so worried about leaving anyone out of the list but just say we took over the conservatory in Witherspoons and I laughed so much that my face is still hurting today, cannot wait to meet up with everyone again, I had the best day EVER!!!!!!!
Thanks to all of you, love you all MWAH!!!!!!!

Am a bit tired today but managed to make this little Tilda Card, I wanted to get it done quickly so I could remember all the fantastic tips I got from the wonderful Kim on how she uses Stickles on her flowers and around her cards. I have just noticed Tilda looks as if she is about to topple over, think she wasn't such an angel last night and had a tipple or two. As usual Tilda has been coloured with Distress Inks, the Paper is Magnolia and I have used the Silent Night Text stamp from Magnolia again, I has distressed all the edges with vintage photo inks.

Now I am off to try a bit of jewellery making, Dear Dawny P gave Rach and I a quick lesson, I cannot believe she got her pliers out right in the middle of the hall amongst the thousands of visitors and showed us how to coil wire what a darling she is, thanks sweetie, lets hope I can remember your instructions

UPDATE on my lost bag of goodies, it has been found!!!!!!!, I was sitting next to dear Caz at lunch and amongst all the fun and laughter our bags must have got mixed up and Caz took mine home by mistake. You can imagine how grateful I am that it has been found and Caz is sending it off to me thank you hun, what a darling you are MWAH xxxx

The papers are all by Basic Grey.

Snowy Sunday and Some Good News

Wags'nWhiskers

Now Shipping!!!!!

The Wags 'n Whiskers Rubber Stamps are NOW IN STOCK and will be shipping this week!! Yeah! If you have already pre-ordered your stamps, they will be shipped out ASAP!

If you haven't ordered your stamps yet...what are you waiting for? Go order them now Here...

We have some great news to share too. We will be starting weekly challenges next Friday 6th November Here. The team are looking forward to seeing your creations!

I am so happy to be able to show this card today, the stamps plopped through my door yesterday, (Yes we did have a Mail Delivery!!!), I have been unable to produce any DT cards for the last couple of weeks as the Black Double Ink cartridge had run out and although I have a new one on order there seems to be a problem with the manufacturers supplying it, so I couldn't run off any Digi Images.

Today I have used Zoe and Gemmas Snow Fun, what a sweet stamp this is, it has been coloured with Distress Inks, the papers are Bo Bunny, Charm was a Rak from Bev, Snowflake was cut with Snowflake Nestie set and the edges of the snowflake distressed with Worn Lipstick Distress Inks.
My Good News

I was amazed yesterday when I received an e-mail to say I had made the Top 3 on Saturday Spotlight Challenge with my Milk Carton Holder, I made for Lucy. Thank you girls I am honoured to have been chosen for your top 3 especially as there were some fantastic entries.

I was going to be so good yesterday morning and answer all my lovely comments and visit blogs that I have missed this past week, but Mr Blogger was being a naughty boy again, must have been those Halloween gremlins!!!. I understand that I am not the only one who has problems accessing blogs, hopefully things will be better today and I can get around to visiting you all.
