Morning peeps, another beautiful day shame about my hay fever though, I have streaming and swollen eyes and a continuous runny nose!!!Thnk goodness all the Blogger trouble is over, what a panic we were in yesterday.
If you are anywhere near Port Sunlight today pop into to the Happy Stamper Show and go and say hello to Lisa and Laila on the Lili of the Valley Stand, they will be taking all the new Boys release Stamps with them so if you haven’t got them yet now’s your chance. Its the turn of “Land Ahoy” to be showcased today, what little boy would not want to be a pirate.
I punched the bottom of the White and Blue card with a Martha Stewart Punch hoping to give the idea of waves. And Cut the Bunting out from card and papers, (if anyone knows of a Bunting Die Cut could they let me know.

Did you all manage to get your stamps from the new Boys release from Lili of the Valley yesterday, I know that Lisa, Laila and Richard have been going flat out since midnight last night, these new stamps should soon be appearing all over blog land I think!!
On the Lili of the Valley Challenge this week we have a fabulous theme for you
RIBBON & BOWS
As it is the 2nd Thursday in MAY we have our regular monthly sponsors The very Generous Andrea and Mary from The Ribbon Girl .
I had a fancy for using my Distress Inks this week, I forgot how much I love them and have made a resolution not to leave it so long again, I think I need a bit of practise though. Fairy Thistledown just seemed perfect to go with these new Pion Papers, from Dies to Die for, it was so hard to cut into these that I could only bring myself to use one sheet. I ordered 3 sheets of each design, 1 to use, 1 to Stroke and 1 to wallpaper the craftroom lol!!!!.
The colour has not photographed quite right here but I have used matching Seam Binding and a little Charm from The Ribbon Girl .
Cherry Blossom, 20mm Open Rose , 4mm closed Rosebuds and beautiful lace are from Wild Orchid Crafts
Don’t look to close at the colouring, I need more practise again.
Hugs Jacqui xx
Before I went away last week I bought just a few more TeddyBo images, including this super Strawberry TeddyBea and of course I had to colour at least one before I went, but unfortunately as I always try to tidy up when I go away (just in case a burglar decides to visit), I put all the copics away so no colours for you today.
The papers are from Magnolia, all my Maggie papers are in a plastic container that is at the bottom of a huge stack of boxes so they have been neglected lately, and I love my new border punch.
More lovely sweetheart blossom, and 4mm closed Rosebuds from Wild Orchid Craft on here, the Distressed Ribbon Binding is also from Wild Orchid Craft.
Shopping List:
Border Punch – EK Success Scroll and Hearts - Dies to Die For
Flowers & Ribbon – Sweetheart Blossom, 4mm Closed Rosebuds, Seam Binding - Wild Orchid Crafts

Another of the Box cards today, I have popped a couple of Bars of Chocolate just for Dad in the Box. I have had requests for the measurements of this card will do a tutorial when I get back from “UP North” next week.
I have used “Dads The Word” image on here (sorry about the pants photos again), I have tried to be a bit brighter than normal on this one but am not sure if it works, the papers are all from my odds and ends box so haven’t got a clue who made them.
Sorry its another rushed job this morning but have to be out by 8.30am.

Another quick Sneak Peek from Lili of the Valley Boy Oh Boy images for you today, this little Wizard stamp is called “Abracadabra” and just perfect for any little Harry Potter Fan.
I love this round cards, the large round card blank and Medium Scalloped Circle is from a Scallop Circle Pack from Which Craft, the rest of the plain circles were measured out with a compass and then cut free hand from Mauve Card and Magnolia Backing Paper.
I was hunting around on the web for some star dies but couldn’t find any so cut these free hand from Orange Card and add some gorgeous buttons from The Ribbon Girl to the middle of each star. The Sentiment is from Lili of the Valleys Dreamy Days Sentiment Sheet.
Sorry this is a quick post, I am off to the Ashford International Hotel to make the final arrangements for the Lili of thr Valley Colouring Days on 21st and 22nd May

Good morning, all these holidays have left me completely disorientated I forgot today was Tuesday (thought it was Monday), and have not done my DT card for A Spoonfull of Sugar meaning to get down to it today. Well I started this post at 8.30am and its now 1.37pm it looks as if this is the way this week is going to go!!!
I received my Boxer and Enveloper board from Crafters Companion together with the accompanying DVD one of the projects on the DVD was to make an Tealight holder card using the Boxer Board, I changed the measurements a little but could not believe how quick and easy it was using the board.

Now here is another Lili of the Valley Sneak Peek Boys collection due to be released 11th May.
This image is called “Happy Times” and what a fabulous Fathers Day card it makes.
The papers are from K&Co Pad Hopscotch Boy, the Ribbon is from The Craft Fairy, I struggle so much with embellies for boys cards but my fellow DT members have brilliant ideas so think I must go and pinch some of them . The Fathers Day Sentiment stamp is from the “Happy Circular Sentiment Sheet” and the Postcard tucked behind the image is also from the Lili of the Valley Clear Additions Range.
Sorry about another long post
Hugs

I meant to post this card on the same post as The Crafters Companion Monthly Challenge Card earlier today, but have been having horrific PC problems, the PC nearly went through the window. Anyway stop moaning Jac and get on with this post!!!
Here is todays Sneak Peek of the Lili of the Valley Boy Oh Boy release available from 11th May, I decided to make a Dear Grandson card and use the Sketch from this weeks Sketch Saturday Challenge.
Todays sneak is of “Pirate Bear”, love, love , love him!!!!! he has been coloured with Copics as usual, the papers are My Minds Eye “Lost & Found”, I am so glad these images are special enough to stand alone as I have real trouble finding the right embellies for Boys cards. I computer generated the two sentiments and after printing them stamped a Tag from Lili of the Valley Clear Additions Tag Sheet over them and cut out, they have been attached with a Tim Holtz Paperclip. The Oval behind the image is from another of the Lili of the Valley Clear Additions Range A5 Sheet called Cute as A Button.
