Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

021a
I make no excuse for showing another Sneak Peek from Lili of the Valley Christmas release that will be available for you to buy from the website tomorrow, I know how many of you are looking forward to owning these darling images.
020I have used copics to colour this sweet image, the papers are from my stash, so again I am not sure who makes them.  I cannot wait to see this years Christmas Papers there was such brilliant ranges last year hope they will be as good once again.
The snowflake is a Nestablities Die and has been glittered to the limit.  I also bought the round sentiment stamp last year and cannot remember who from, (loss of memory is one of the results of getting old I am afraid lol!!!) .
019
Don’t forget to get over to the Lili of the Valley  website early tomorrow as I am sure these are going to fly off of the shelf.

UPDATE, the lovely Anne has just told me that the papers are Bo Bunny thanks sweetie xxx

LOTV New Release

005a
I should have had a Penny Black DT Card to show you today, but what with the amount of DT work I have on at the moment and also the heat in my craft room, I just have not managed it.  So I am showing you a couple more sneaks of the new Lili of the Valley Christmas release.
005
Another stunning simple but cute image this one, it is another that will be released on 14th July.  I have used Prisma Pencils for a change to colour this one it is ages since I even looked at my Prismas.  The papers are Magnolia, it doesn’t show on the piccie but I actually went mad with the Stardust Stickles and added some to each dot on the background paper.  Of course the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
005b
Now another image featuring Amy and Madison
016a
This one is from the Christmas People Collection also released at the same time as the Nativity collection, I love the fact that the characters in this collection are named after Bev and My Grandchildren it just makes them feel so personal.
016
This is called Dropping the Presents, look at little Madison picking them up, Copics and H20’s have been used as colouring medium, the Papers are from last year so cannot remember where they came from.  I have used Martha Stewart Star Border Punch to give a christmassy feel.  The Wild Orchid Flowers have been glittered to within an inch of their lives,  The Holly Leaves are also available now from Wild Orchid Crafts.
017
Thanks for looking and have a great weekend, don’t forget to check the post below to find out the winner of my LOTV Candy, will have another candy for you tomorrow.

This weeks Theme  on Just Magnolia Challenge is a Recipe: 3 flowers, 2 papers and 1 ribbon.  Easy hey?

Creative Treasures Header

We are being sponsored by Tracy of Creative Treasures - a family run business with a love of all things craft related. They stock a great range of Mulberry Flowers, ribbons, lace, crystal drops, card candy, charms and lots of pretty embellishments. They are always adding new stock. Our aim is to provide a fantastic customer service and great value for money.

001

I had a tidy up of my craft desk and found enough space to get out my Distress Inks after a long break from using them, it was heaven didn’t realise how much I had missed using them.  I have coloured Ballerina Tilda, with the following colours:

Face,Hands & Legs – Tea Dye and Tattered Rose, Dress & Shoes Weathered Wood, Hair & soles of shoes Antique Linen.

I stamped around the edge of the image with a Stempleglede Swirl Stamp which I then glittered with Glamour Dust, The Sentiment is also a Magnolia Stamp and I have also glittered the first letter of each word.

The lush papers are Magnolia available at Crafts U Love, OMG you must check out the new Wedding Collection papers they are stunning.  The Blue Cherry Blossom which has been glittered around the edge with StarDust Stickles are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

002I understand it is going to be very hot today it could even reach 31 degrees so please take care if you are going out.

Big Hugs

LOTV are offering two brand new Christmas stamps of your choice to the winner of this Challenge.

We have a fab sketch designed by Dawny P for Lili of the Valley Challenge this week, loved working with it.

003

I have used another of the cute Nativity Stamps for my card, it has been coloured with Copics and Gold Glamour Dust has been added to the stars.  The Ribbon and Flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts, the lush paper is from the New Magnolia Wedding Paper collection available from Crafts U Love.

002

I thought you might like another sneak peek

022a

Its the turn of Little Girls today, as usual with Lili of the Valley these girls are just adorable, I thought I would go for my favourite colour combination for this one, but I am sure she will look fantastic in Red and Green.

022

The papers are last year Magnolia Christmas, cannot wait to see what they come up with this year, the border is a Spellbinder Borderablity, I distressed the cut out flowers with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink then using glue gel I added them back into place on the border, the poinsettias were originally white, I sprayed them with Snow Angel Glimmer Mist, the larger flower is a Prima one from last years Prima Collection, brads from The Hobby House.

024 Hope you have enjoyed your sneak peeks, not long to go before you can have these little dears to play with yourselves, Don’t forget to scroll down to my last  post to join in my little LOTV Blog Candy, and Bev also has 2 LOTV stamps as candy on her blog.

006a
Hold on to your chair, you are about to see a couple of the cutest, awesome good value Christmas stamps ever!!!!!!!!!!! I had such trouble deciding which stamps to show you first, so I thought I would show you just show you two at random because every image is my favourite ;).  I cannot believe my luck that I am on the Lili of the Valley design Team each release just gets better and better!!!.  The first set of Christmas Stamps will be released on 14th July and will be available on the Website from that date, they include Nativity and People.  More information about the stamps and launch tomorrow on the Lili of the Valley Challenge Blog.
006
My First Card is using Owen decorating the Tree I am so pleased to say he is named after one of my Grandsons.  I have used Copics to colour the image and thanks to a tip from Bev I have added Twinkling H20’s to give a bit of depth.  The papers are Basic Grey left over from last year, the fantastic lush vine as a gift from my dear friend Jacque thank you dear xxxxx.  The flowers have been punched with a tiny retro flower punch which I think I got from The Hobby House.
007
My next card is from the Nativity set

006a
Here is Amy as the Angel Gabriel and Owen as a Shepherd this stamp is called Angel Gabriel.  What I love so much about these stamps is that they will appeal to anyone from 8 months to 80 who could not smile when they opened up a card with this image.
006
The Backing Paper used on here is from the last years Magnolia Christmas Collection, I then stamped A Magnolia Stamp – Silent Night onto white paper and distressed with a Timmy H distressing Tool, and Weathered Wood Distress Ink.  The Prima Pearls are from The Hobby House, Doyley from Joanna Sheen, and of course the Cherry Blossom from Wild Orchid Crafts.
006b
Now for a small candy just to thank everyone who has stayed with me in the last few months and left such uplifting comments especially when I have been such a bad blogger.  All you need to do to be in with a chance of this candy is to leave your name on Mr Linky below, I will pick (or Mum will pick) a number on Friday Midnight.  No need to link on your blog as I would like this candy to be for my regular visitors.
So to win these two Lili of the Valley Stamps just leave your name on Mr Linky, and best of Luck.

A Spoonfull of Sugar card Drive for Michelle

006a

We would like to share some sad news today, some of you may already know from her blog, our design team member Michelle had an accident about two weeks ago, which has left her with the loss of her right eye and a long road of recovery ahead. In an effort to cheer her up and raise awareness for what happened to Michelle we are holding a card drive in her honour. We have many generous companies and individuals helping us with this special card drive and we hope you will help too!

We are asking that everyone please create a card in dedication to Michelle and mail it off to her. We would love nothing more than to flood her mailbox with well wishes from around the world. Michelle has shared so much of herself on her blog and in her design team work and this is a just a small way for us to give back to her.

As Michelle is also a member of Just Magnolia Challenge  her friends on the JM DT have also Joined us at A Spoonfull of Sugar in this Card Drive.  To find out more about the Card Drive please visit the A Spoonfull of Sugar Challenge blog.  Two of Whimsy Stamps lovely Artists Melissa Jenkins and Ann Vento have teamed up together to bring us this very special donkey image and matching sentiments, these are all available to download for free from the Whimsy Stamps store page.

006I have used the fabulous Donkey Digi download and one of the sentiments that the lovely Denise commissioned, I have used Copics to colour him in the papers are Basic Grey Copella and the gorgeous scrumptious ribbon and flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

007

Once again I do hope you will join in this wonderful Card Drive that I know has taken dear Debbie ages to set up, and find sponsors for, the generosity of the wonderful blogging community never ceases to amaze me, thank you all!!!!

Lili of the Valley Stamp Sheet Offers

001a

It was a bit hot for decorating today so we gave up earlier this afternoon and went to the beach, thats the great thing living so close to the sea.  Anyway I forgot to show you these two cards I made for Lili of the Valley last week, my head is like a sieve.

We've got 4 sets of all our favourite LOTV Stamps - Oh so Girlie, Boy Oh Boy, Occasions and Merry Christmas. All the sheets have 4 full size LOTV stamps on there plus 8 greetings.

GROUP FOR EMAIL

They are currently for sale at only £12!! It's crazy really when you think that there is over £18 worth of stamps on there - but we've made them part of our Midsummer Madness 10 days which is running from 2nd - 12th July. For the whole 10 days, all our die cuts are only 50p a sheet and, like I said, these brand new stamp sheets are only £12.
We've picked our very best sellers for the sheets - except for the Christmas one which has 4 BRAND NEW designs on there. We thought we'd whet your appetite for our Christmas range of 40 stamps (yes 40 - we must be mad!) which we're launching at the end of this month and in August.
We've only got a limited supply of these sheets at the moment as we're just wanted to see how they go - so if you want them I'd be quick as we took them to the Doncaster exhibition at the weekend and they were really popular.
CLICK HERE TO BUY THE SHEETS OR TO SEE MORE ABOUT THEM

001

I thought I would show you a couple of the new stamps on the Christmas Sheet, this one is Maddison and Amy, named after Bevs Dog and her gorgeous Grandaughter.   I must admit she is my Favourite, I have used Copics and lots of Twinklets on here, looks so sparkly in real life.  The papers are from Magnolia, and the fantastic Poinsettias are from Wild Orchid Crafts, the best Poinsettias I have seen or used.

002

004a

I bet you will fall in love with this little darling Pup, there are lots more images like this one and Maddison and Amy coming out soon.

004

Again I have used Magnolia Papers and Wild Orchid Crafts Red Cherry Blossom, The snowflakes were punched with Martha Stewart Snowflake punch released last year, and the Icicle Border is also a Martha Stewart Border Punch I have added Glamour Dust to the edges of the Iciles and Twinklets for the snow and snowflakes.

005

Hope you have all had a good day

Hugs Jacqui xx
