A Little Box of Surprises

010a

Our challenge this week on Lili of the Valley Challenge is for you to make an Easel card, I do hope you will come and join us.  There are some terrific cards by my fellow Dt members on the Challenge Blog  and a Great Prize.

008 I am afraid there are quite a few photos on this post but I wanted you to see the whole box Card and image, I found the tutorial for this fabulous and easy to make  6”x6” box on Kirstens blog the link is Here, Kirstens box had a square card on the top but I thought the Easel card would work just as well.

010 I have used one of my favourite Lili of the Valley images “Rosie Posie” for this one and have coloured her with Distress Inks.  The papers are by Magnolia and have been distressed around the edges with Milled Lavender Distress Ink.

011 I haven’t added the sentiment yet as I am waiting for A Mothers day stamp to arrive which I want to use.  The Flowers are a mixture from Tabbycrafts and Wild Orchid Crafts and have been glittered to within an inch of their lives.

009 Well I have had a very unproductive day today, just couldn’t seem to get in the crafting mood and my Mojo is still missing I am glad I got my DT cards done early this week.

Thanks for visiting and leaving such lovely comments they really make my day.

Hugs

Jacqui xx
