Two for the Girls - WOJ and Stamping with Stampavie

WHIFF OF JOY CHALLENGE - SKETCH BY HEATHER

Thanks to everyone who played along with us last week, it was an amazing response and great to visit all your blog and she you creations.

We have a lovely sketch from our very own Heather this week, so why not come along and join in again, there are some great cards from my fellow Dt members on the blog so click HERE to get started. There is a 2 week Guest Design Spot for one lucky person on offer this week. Looking forward to seeing all your fab creations.

I was in a very girly mood when I started on this card, so hope you are ready for some baby pinks and blues, This gorgeous Whiff Of Joy Stamp has been coloured with Copic Markers, the top of the umberella was stamped and coloured twice then one cut out and 3d over the base image, Crystal Stickles have been added to the raindrops. The Yummy papers are by Little Yellow Bicycle, and have all been edged with Worn Lipstick Distress Ink, the sentiments are also from WOJ the brads and flowers are from Poppicraft. Rest is from stash.
Thank you everyone who left comments yesterday on how to photograph red, I will be trying all your ideas.

STAMPING WITH STAMPAVIE

Blue and Brown are the colours for this weeks theme on Stamping with Stampavie, Pop over and see the great Dt Cards and join in this week. Don't forget you can now use Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps as well as Sarah Kay.

Blue and Brown not my colours at all, so found this one quite hard, but am quite pleased with it in the end The Sarah Kay image has been coloured with Distress Inks and H20's, the base card is pale blue and has been matted with Brown cardstock and Basic Grey Paper, The Swirls are from Stempleglede (I love these stamps) Ribbons and Flowers from Poppicraft.
