Sundays Choice

There is a fabulous sketch and a tutorial by Marianne on StampARTic this month, I just had to have a go at both.

There was an added theme to the sketch if you wanted, to use Brown and Blue, I thought these colours suited Annie from Charmed Cards and Crafts perfectly. I coloured her with COPICS and distressed around the edge of the Nestie oval with Frayed Burlap Distress Inks. I really wanted to try one of Mariannes Flowers for this card and was pleased with the result, go and check this tutorial out!!.

I made another of the flowers for the inside of the card.

Recipe:
Stamps - Annie from Charmed Cards and Crafts
Papers - My Minds Eye
Tools - Oval Nesties, Large and Medium Retro Punch, Fiskars Edge Punch
Colouring Medium - Copics
Embellies - From Stash

Its Gills turn to design a sketch this week on Sketch Saturday Challenge Thanks Gill its a great sketch. There is an added Challenge of Making your card Red White and Blue to celebrate 4th of July.

I was really pleased with how my PB stamp yesterday turned out coloured Red, White and Blue so thought I would use another of the stamps for this challenge. Again coloured with COPICS I am really pleased how this one turned out as well. Another flower I made following Marianne's tutorial, I can see me making lots of these.

Recipe:
Stamps - Penny Black Vintage Stamp
Papers - Sweete Shoppe Designs
Colouring Medium - COPICS
Tools - Medium and Large Retro Flower Punch, MS Leaf Punch.
Embellies - From stash

Hope you are having a great weekend, we are still basking in the Sun down here (Kent), and tonight it is really humid, hence the late post. Hope you all have a great Sunday

Thanks for looking
Hugs
Jacqui xx
