Tilda and Tossa

A Spoon Full of Sugar

The lovely Sonja has designed a fabulous sketch for this weeks challenge on A Spoon Full of Sugar, don't forget to check out the fantastic cards made by my fellow DT members and also see what lovely candy is on offer this week. Looking forward to seeing your creations.

Nikki from Bunny Zoes Crafts sent me a lovely DT package this week and this gorgeous little Bildamarna Stamp was one of the goodies. I couldn't wait to colour up little Flying Tossa, I used Distress Inks again (Broken China, Shabby Shutters, Tea Dye, Dried Marigold and Tattered Rose). I have used Labels Nesties to cut out the image and have Used Dried Marigold ink to distress the edges. I must try to remember not to throw the stamp packaging away as I now cannot remember where I got the sentiment stamp from :(.

Recipe:
Stamps - Flying Tossa by Bildamarna available from Bunny Zoes Crafts
Papers - Nanas Nursery also available from Bunny Zoes Crafts
Colouring Medium - Distress Inks
Embellies - Buttons and Flowers from Stash,

Stamp with Fun

Wow the challenge really lived up to its name this week, even though I was a bit late with my card I really had fun making this, and from the stunning cards produced by my fellow DT friends they enjoyed it too. We also have a spectacular prize this week from the very generous and lovely Nikki of Bunny Zoes Crafts, so please come and join us.

I love these Summer Tildas, and this one is my favourite, she was coloured with Distress Inks (Worn Lipstick, Shabby Shutters, Broken China, Tea Dye, Tattered Rose), the water below the surf board was achieved with a watery wash of Broken China Ink and I added lots of Glimmer Dust to the Waves. (Oppps!! I have just noticed Tilda is on a bit of a skew).

I have used another Tilda stamp inside with a Magnolia sentiment stamp.

Recipe:
Stamps - Magnolia Summer Collection available from Simon Says Stamp
Papers - Nitwits Download
Tools - MS Border Punch, Dahlia Nesties.
Colouring Medium - Distress Inks
Embellies Flowers and brads from stash, Charms and Spacers from Bunny Zoes Crafts.

Lots of work to do today to catch up on some samples for a new release next week from Crafters Companion, at least it is not so humid today. Hope you all have a great day.

Thanks for looking
Hugs
Jacqui xx
