Two days to celebrate

This weeks challenge on
LOTV is MOTHERS DAY, which is coming up in the UK on 22nd March and know its later in the year for some of you, but Mums deserve a card every day of the year. Dont forget its an open challenge and its not necessary to use LOTV products, so why not come over and join us this week.

Another quick post from me today I am so behind with everything, now there is a story behind this card, last night I had completed my DT card for LOTV and was just going to write up the challenge post when my arm knocked over a whole cup of coffee, there were 3 catds waiting to be photographed on my desk and they are all now in the bin. So this is a very quick card made this morning. The little image is a Whippersnapper stamp and has been coloured with Copics, the blue frame has been mad with nesties. The paper is from the new CD from Bearly Mine cd I am raving about a the moment. The little flowers were punched with the small retro flower punch and swirls sizzix die.

Very simple inside I am afraid flowers from stash and Martha Stewart Punched were used for the borders

Here are the copics used in this card.

Happy St Pattys Day

I have had this fear lately that I am beginning to crack up and this morning it was confirmed, its official girls I am going potty. I made this card for a Challenge the Theme of the Challenge was GREEN, but now I have come to post it can I remember what challenge it was and can I find it anywhere NO!!!!!!! so any help would be appreciated by this poor old OAP.

Down to the serious business of this card, Our Little Gad about Tilda is off to the Emerald Isles to Celebrate St Patricks Day on the 17th March, hope she keeps off of the black stuff. She has again been coloured with Copics, The papers are a download, Had to use the old Martha Stewart Punch somewhere, I don't feel as if a card is complete without one now. I have cut out the Large Shamrocks from a spare piece of Backing Paper, rest from stash.
POST UPDATE have found out who it is for now its a new challenge blog started by some real good blogging buddies called Creative Card Crew

The same BP are carried onto the inside and I have coloured another Magnolia stamp with Copics and added a little glamour dust.

Thanks for looking
Hugs
Jacqui xx

well you did a fabulous turn around Jacqui, I wonder what the ones in the bin would have looked like - anything on them you could rescue! Coffee gives a very distressed look to a project, although I suspect it was more distressing for you! anyhow, love the two you are sharing here, especially little Tilda with her baggy socks! hugs, annie x
