WOJ Wednesday

Whiff of Joy Challenge

The Theme this week on
Whiff of Joy Challenge is Black and White with a Touch of Colour. What great fun I had with this one and it looks as if my fellow DT members felt the same as their have produced some fabulous creations for you to view. So we hope you will join us in this weeks challenge.

Before I get down to this weeks card can I just thank all of you who have visited me over the last week and left such wonderful comments they mean so much and really lift me when things are not going so well , I am once again really behind with commenting but intending to spending today catching up. I am working on something entirely new for me and am really excited about it, I would love to tell you but have to keep it to myself for a bit longer, so please excuse me if my commenting is a bit erratic. I am trying to keep up with all my DT work and hope to continue posting at least one card a Day and am getting very excited about the launch of Just Magnolia Challenge on Friday.

I am really loving working with these new Whiff of Joy Medieval Collection stamps they are such fun. I think this Robin Hood Charlotte is my favourite of all. I have used my Bearly Mine CD again, the good news is that Donna has 2 new Cds being released in May I cannot wait.

I have used another of the Medieval images inside, jut look at that look on his face, I wouldn't want to mess with this little Charlie

Recipe
Stamps Whiff of Joy Medieval Collection
Colouring Medium Copics on Manga Art Board
Papers: Bearly Mine Designs Designer Extreme Vol 1
Tools: Fiskars Daisy Border Punch, Round and New Label Nestie, Scroll punch from Hobby House
Embellishments: Imaginise Flowers, ribbon from stash, Sticky Back Pearls from stash, Glamour Dust

Stampavie and More

We have a fabulous sketch for you to follow this week by our own lovely, talented Ria Thanks Ria it was a dream to work with, we also have lots of new Dt members on our team so please come and visit the blog and join us this week.

I think by now you will get the message that I love working with these stamps, I have chosen Queen Charlotte on her throne for this card, The throne was stamped twice and Queen Charlotte was stamped and cut out and added to the throne, The arm of the throne has then been added once I had seated her. I have edged around the scalloped nestie with Worn Lipstick Distress Ink then gone over that with Worn Linen Distress Ink, I added gold stickles to the edge of the Chocolate and Ruby Roses.

I have coloured and punched the Castle from the first release of the WOJ Medieval Collection for the inside and carried over the papers from the DCVW and Bearly Mine CD.
