Catch up Tuesday

A Spoonful of Sugar Challenge 50

The theme this week is Touchy Feely. We would love to see some texture on your cards.
We have a great prize this week donated by the lovely Bryony from Silly Monkeys Craft - The lovely Geisha Anya Stamp. So to be in with a chance and to see the wonderful Touchy Feely cards by my Fellow DT members just click
Here

Another stamp that had been forgotten about has seen the light of day for this card, I love this cute H&S stamp, I had the idea to put the lace on the card for my touchy feeling element, but also decided to add a bit more feeling by adding Pearly Doodles to the Wings and Flowerpot, I also added Amazing glaze to the flower petals and wings.

I carried the touchy feely theme on to the inside.

Recipe:
Stamp- H&S
Papers - Basic Grey
Colouring Medium - Copics on SU Whisper White Card
Tools - Martha Stewart Border Punch, Swirl Punch and Nesties from Hobby House
Embellies - Prima Flowers, Roses from Wild Orchid Craft, Pearly Doodles, Amazing Glaze, Buttons from Silly Monkeys rest from stash.

Stamp with Fun

This week we have something different for you, we would like you to make a card with the Measurements of 8" x 4", there are some fabulous examples by my fellow DT members on the Challenge blog to get you started to see them just click
Here

I am a day late posting this I do apologise, I woke up yesterday with a terrible headache and although I struggled through answering most of my comments,I had to give up in the end and just lay down in a dark room.
I found this really hard at first so used to making square cards couldn't figure out how to fill the larger space. But it fell in together in the end. I have only just received these lovely High Hopes Stamps from Dies to Die for, and immediately fell in love with them, those little glowbugs are just so cute.

I used the same nesties inside and also Bobby Lee and Ally Rose Stamps.

A Closer view of Bobby Lee and Ally Rose.

Recipe;
Stamps - High Hopes, Jennys Glow Bugs, Bobby Lee, Ally Rose, Sentiment SU
Papers - Download from Niwits Collections
Colouring Medium - Copics on Manga Art Board
Tools - Retro Flower Punch, Martha Stewart Scalloped Edge Border Punch, Nesties Corner Punch from Hobby House
Embellies - Flowers stash, Charm e-bay, rest from stash.

Thanks for looking
Hugs
Jacqui xx
