Good morning peeps, I have Lucy, Ben and Robert with me this weekend so not much crafting will get done. Today sees a new challenge posted on the J & C Creations Monthly Challenge Blog , pour theme this month is Contemporary Christmas, we would like to see your cards with a contemporary theme, i.e. pastel colours, modern images etc. The DT have created cards to get you started. Once again we are sponsored by Jenny & Denise from J & C Creations with a £20 voucher to spend on the J & C Creations Website, there is no product restriction just use your favourite images and embellies. Simple Huh!!!!! so just pop over and join us.
Lots of my latest J & C Products on this one. The image is by Bildamarna – Mimosa Lights the Way, she has been coloured with Copics as usual. a couple of Spellbinders dies have been used: Cut Fold & Tuck Diamond Strips and Accents (although it says Pre-Order on the website they are now in stock), I have distressed the corner with Spun Sugar Distress Ink whilst still in the die and added Crystal Glamour Dust around the edges, it has been layed on to a Mauve card based cut with the base die. The other Spellbinders Die is Layered Poinsettia the flowers were cut from white card and again lots of Crystal Glamour Dust has been added to the tips of each leaf/petal. The fence a Marianne Creatable Die – Fence. I added Liquid Pearls around the image. The papers are from the new Magnolia Christmas Release, lace and Bells from The Ribbon Girl.
Have a lovely weekend all
