Frantic Friday

Its time again for Just Magnolia & hAnglar & stAnglar Challenge.

Now for this week’s challenge - our fantastic monthly sponsor is Simon Says Stamp and one lucky person could win an amazing $25 voucher to spend in their store. You may combine our challenge with any other challenges of your choice and as long as the main image on your creation is a hAnglar & stAnglar or Magnolia stamp you will qualify to be in the draw for the wonderful prize. And remember NO back linking, new projects/cards only please and the challenge closes next Thursday the 7th of July.
So what’s our theme this week then? Well as it our Special Monthly Challenge the theme is Anything Goes and Carol chose the optional extra of Shabby Chic, so there’s no excuse you can create anything you like and if you want to add a touch of Shabby Chic that’s brilliant but you don’t have to.....oooohhhh I can’t wait to see what you all come up with.

I have got into Christmas Mode (due to a couple of Christmas Magazine Commissions I have been doing the past couple of weeks), so decided it was time to dust of the Christmas Maggies, this is one of my favourites.  Lots of Distress hoping for the Shabby Chic look not sure if I accomplished it, I always get distressed and shabby chic muddled.

Anyway peeps, I have used papers from Nitwits Simple Joys Collection, if you are looking for lovely Red and Green Chrissie papers this is the download for you. I have distressed them all with Timmies distressing tool and gone round the edges with Walnut Stain DI.  The Grunge Musical stamp tucked behind Tilda and the Circular  Sentiment are both from Lili of the valley, and the lovely hanging heart is another Maggie.  Seam Binding and Lace from The Ribbon Girl.
