Flowers Galore

Its challenge 52 on Penny Black Saturday Challenge and we have a fabulous challenge for you this week

BLOOMING GORGEOUS

We would like to see lots of flowers and blossom on your cards this week, the DT team have created some "Blooming Fantastic" (I couldn't resist) creations to wet your appetite, there is also some lovely reels of ribbon to be won by one lucky person.

Next week we will be celebrating our birthday with a few surprises for you so look out for more details.

I got out the retro punches for this card as you can see, the centre of the small flowers are dots of Perfect Pearls, I love using these lately they are my latest must have on my cards. The image was coloured with Copics and the papers are all from Bearly Mine CD Extreme Designer Vol II.

I have used another PB stamp inside also coloured with Copics

Recipe:
Stamps - Penny Black
Papers -
Bearly Mine Extrme Designer II CD
Colouring Medium - Copics on Manga Art Board
Tools - Fiskars Daisy Border Punch, Nesties, Large Medium and Small Retro Punch
Embellies - Perfect Pearls, Spacers both from
The Hobby House

What a lovely sketch for the challenge over on Stampartic, this is one blog that is chocked full of inspiration and is worth a visit at least twice a week they have the most amazingly talented design team and loads of information and inspiration for us. Thank you girls

Thought it was time I gave one of my Gorjuss Girls an outing, she has been coloured with Copics, and I thought I would try to use Kims brilliant Distress Tutorial on Just Magnolia to colour the papers and edges of the image, well its not up to your standard yet Kim but I am pleased with the results (thanks for the great tutorial Kim it was so easy to follow, MWAH XXX), I used Shabby Shutters and Peeled Paint Inks. I had great fun making this card.

I have reversed the colours on the image for the inside.

Recipe:
Stamp - Gorjuss Girl Set 2 - Sugar Nellie
Paper -
Bearly Mine Designs Extreme Designer I and II Cds
Colouring Medium - Copics on Manga Art Board
Tools - Nesties, Swirl Punch from
The Hobby House, Large and Medium Retro Flower Punch.
Embellies - Charm, Spacers and flat backed pearls from
The Hobby House, Lace from stash, Jute Ribbon from Nikkis etsy shop.

Its Roberts 9th Birthday this weekend so will be visiting James & Vikki on Sunday to celebrate, cannot believe he is 9 seems only yesterday I was changing his nappy. Hope you all have a fabulous weekend and at least a little sunshine.

Thanks for looking
Hugs
Jacqui xx
