Penny Black Challenge
This week's challenge....and it probably won't come as a big surprise as we are fast approaching the witching hour.....yes dark spooky nights and time for lots of trick and treating
yes....we want to see all your spooktacular creations with lots of scary spiders...ghosties and all things spooky as always you can create a card...altered art...bag...box...notebook etc...the only rule being that you use at least one Penny Black image or sentiment
And we have another fabby prize for this week just in time for you to use on some gorgeous Christmas cards a cute PB Stamp generously donated by our very own teamie......Carole
I had fun making this card, wish we celebrated Halloween a bit more over here in the UK, the papers are from Pink Petticoat's Spooky CD, I thought twice about getting the CD as I thought I might not use it much but a lot of the papers can be used all through the year. The Little Mouse Witch is a Penny Black Stamp and has been coloured with copics.
I added the Magnolia Spiders Web stamp to the corner of the image and added dots of glue all over then added Glamour Dust hoping to give the impression of rain or dew on the web, I am pleased with how it turned out. The bats are cut with a Cuttlebug Die and I have added Glamour Dust to the edge of their wings and white pen to the eyes.
These 2 pumpkins are also Magnolia stamps as is the Halloween sentiment. The Pumpkins have been coloured with Copics then cut out and 3d with Pinflair Glue Gel
Thanks for looking
