Just Magnolia Challenge and Simon Says Stamp

Just Magnolia Challenge

This week we have a fabulous sketch by our very own Mina for you to follow, thanks Mina it is fabulous sketch to work with and I already have a couple more cards planned to use it with. Don't forget to check last weeks winner and also the Winner of our Monthly Challenge over one the Challenge Blog. We also have a great prize donated by the extremely generous Tracey from Dies to Die for.

Back to Distress Inks for my colouring medium today I have used Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick and Tea Dye for the flesh tones, Spiced Marmalade for the dress and Peaches, Peeled Pain for leaves, Frayed Burlap for her hair and Pinafore, I am trying to pull together my next DI tutorial, I just wish I had a video camera it would make it so much easier. The papers are by Magnolia and come from Crafts U Love.

The Flowers are from Wild Orchid Craft and the beautiful lace is from a brilliant selection at Tabby Crafts, I have distressed the edges of the image and papers with Spiced Marmalade DI.

Tried to capture the sparkle and glimmer on the roses.

Simon Says Stamp Challenge

At last I am almost upto date and can start to join in some challenges, I love to participate in the Simon Says Stamp Challenge as Heidi is such a generous and lovely person and supports so many challenges with her wonderful candy donations that I feel this is a way to say thanks you.

The Challenge this Week is HALLOWEEN Boo!!!!!!!

What a fabulous opportunity this is to use by new Tilda Halloween Stamps, I think this little sitting Tilda is my favourite. She has been coloured with Distress Inks, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick and Tea Dye for Flesh, Dusty Concord Dress, Spiced Marmalade and Peeled paint Pumpkins, Black Soot hat and shoes. The papers are again Magnolia from Crafts U Love. I have run the Lilac card through the Halloween Cuttlebug folder.

This fabulous little owl is also a stamp from the Magnolia Halloween Collection, love him. The fence has been punched with Martha Stewart Border Punch.

Don't forget to scroll down to join in the Wags'nWhiskers Blog Hop, where you will have a chance to win some great candy.

Thanks for looking
Hugs
